The retractable section of this wall consists of five connected glass panels that can be lowered into the basement through a system specially designed for this project. Once lowered, the upper section forms a completely flush surface with the ground. Special safety systems ensure the absolutely safe movement of more than 20 tonnes of steel and glass. The entire façade has been thoroughly tested for stability and break resistance under hurricane conditions. Thanks to duplex stainless-steel profiles with a highly effective protective coating, the entire system is corrosion-resistant.
